We employ the following philosophy to ensure that we truly can provide the best service, in the most efficient manner possible, at the best price:

  • We will never have to enter information more than once. We’ve worked very hard to develop a system that will take data entered in one location, and propagate it to all the necessary locations automatically. That means you never have to worry if we have that piece of information we wrote down, it’ll always be there.
  • Automate everything that can be automated. Computers and networks are infinitely complex, without automated procedures no IT company can ever claim to have a full picture of the state of your network at any time. This is why all our Managed Care plans include 24x7 Network Monitoring. Something goes wrong; chances are we will know about it before you do.
  • Our customer’s networks are not for experimentation. We will never install or recommend a product to our customers that we have not ourselves first evaluated and tested thoroughly. If it’s not good enough for us to use in our own network, we won’t sell it.
  • Direct user access to technical support. Too many companies put the burden of filtering all technical requests to one user in the office. This takes away from their task of doing their job, making them less efficient. This also makes the process of getting the user’s problems resolved much slower. By empowering the users to directly access the support team, we ensure that problems are taking care of as soon as they happen.
  • Admit we are not experts in everything. Most companies out there want to be everything to everyone. We are network and computer guys. We’ve developed strong partnerships with experts in related fields, that we have full confidence in to support our clients with those specific needs.
  • Planning. Planning. Planning. Too many companies shoot from the hip when it comes to quoting and executing their projects. This is why IT projects almost always go over budget. With our flat-rate projects and Managed Care, it’s in our best interest to plan your project properly and ensure that everything goes smoothly.
